QuaggaWeb now becomes a brand-new forum for discussing issues of Chinese-English biligualism with emphasis on Hong Kong context. Since these two languages are the official languages of the SAR, there are many interesting phenomena that one encounters everyday in the territory. I'll post irregularly.
